  Unfortunately the unit I received had a faulty rear camera, but I had no problem returning it and getting a full refund. Not their fault as the item was new and in sealed box - clearly a manufacturing issue. Seems like an honest and upstanding seller. Can't ask for more than that.

  Customer service was excellent. I had a problem with turning the camera on. I recieved a return email detailing a few things to try. Problem fixed, no hassle, how it should be done.
