  Item was dispatched and delivered within the timeframe they come and damaged. They were packed singly and then put into one big packet. I can’t complain about the price for the amount that you get. It would’ve been nice if they come in a little box instead of little bags that I’ve all happy

  Packaging was damaged on arrival and the crimping pliers were missing. I contacted the seller and received a replacement set of pliers in a few days. Quality of connectors was ok for low wattage use which suited my needs. Seller's correspondence over the pliers was courteous and helpful.

  Handy and inexpensive kit. Courier delivered to the wrong house as usual. Seller replied quickly, but said it was up to me to sort it...which I did eventually. This seems to be the norm now with small speedpack parcels, who then pass to Evri. ( in my experience of late).
