  Packaging was damaged on arrival and the crimping pliers were missing. I contacted the seller and received a replacement set of pliers in a few days. Quality of connectors was ok for low wattage use which suited my needs. Seller's correspondence over the pliers was courteous and helpful.

  Handy and inexpensive kit. Courier delivered to the wrong house as usual. Seller replied quickly, but said it was up to me to sort it...which I did eventually. This seems to be the norm now with small speedpack parcels, who then pass to Evri. ( in my experience of late).

  Insubstantial packaging meant that the crimping tool fell out of its box, pierced the mailing pack and was consequently lost in the post. An empty box arrived a week late with a note of apology from Royal Mail because of the damaged packing. Seller advised me to query Royal Mail regarding the tool but eBay refunded me the full amount.
