    Item was stated as new. When it was delivered there was missing parts contacted seller and they said to return it. We wanted it for Christmas so we decided to keep it and bought missing parts and fixed it ourselves. We suggest that seller put parts in a bag to keep them together Thank you 🙏

    Sell sent us a broken item. denied to provide a return label. went to return the item and i was told it will cost $40 plus for something that cost us about $50 plus to buy. and we said no, we are not paying for that. sell will need to send us return label. Is so sad

    The buyer made a claim, then refused to return the item. However, they still wanted a refund while keeping the item. We do not tolerate scam buyers who try to keep our items while seeking a return. Usually eBay immidiately removes such feedback and we are working to see that this is reported and romoved

    I had purchased the same item from two other sellers over the past month with horrible results and had low hopes for this purchase, but found myself happily surprised when it arrived before the estimated delivery date and in perfect condition. Within an hour of arrival I had a working dryer again. Thank you! If I ever need this piece or any other, I’ll be returning to this seller.
