I offer quality manual service that is not offered anywhere else online... My manuals retain same quality of paper back manuals (single side lamination, borderless printed cover) with increased durability. I use heavier than stock weight paper, a thicker laminate on the cover with heavy cardstock and the backing is a 12 mil pvc backing that is more durable than laminated cardstock, so that your manual will lay flat unlike a paperback while being water and dirt resistant when closed or set down on a table.     Excellent seller. Good communication. We had problems with Ebay not allowing transaction to occur. There was never an attempt to circumvent Ebay's system. Seller and I communicated many times, and finally arrived at a work-around Ebay. I received my manual, and it solved my problem. I would recommend The Manual Vault without reservation. I cannot say the same for Ebay. Their system is becoming increasingly cumbersome to conduct ordinary business; very restrictive.

    So somehow I got the wrong manual. Probably my fault. Seller didn't even question it and just got the correct one in the mail THE NEXT DAY! He or she even spiral bound it for me which is an upgrade. Definitely a seller that is patient amd customer oriented. Thank you. A+++++

    I received the service manual within the expected timeframe and was an excellent service manual giving all the requirements and descriptions to service and repair my Street Glide. The pictures were clear as well as the text. It definitely was worth the price and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to service their own Harley.
