    Despite tracking information not being updated, the item was received within the estimated timeframe. Not sure who is responsible for updating the tracking information, perhaps it is the USPS. Nevertheless the item was packed well and received in good condition. It was as described. Overall, this transaction was smooth.

    Poor quality product poor shipping and poor communication. The item was not put in the mail till 9 days after paying for it. The capacitors are well below the stated value of 12000 as seen by the pictures Poor packing one was received with a big dent. Buyers beware I sent three emails to seller and never received a reply. Told him at 8 days since he hasn’t shipped to cancel order but instead mailed them a couple of days later

    Item was correct, well-packaged, & delivered within the estimated date range. Seller therefore gets a positive rating. That said, this transaction seemed a vivid example of eBay listings' deceptive terminology. AVAILABLE: "I think I can get the item from somewhere else within a week. Then I'll ship it to you." SHIPPED: "I printed the shipping label when I got your payment. Now, you can't cancel the transaction. Your item won't actually be in the mail for another week, though."
