  The item itself is as expected. The price (after negotiation) was reasonable. But the rest left a lot to be desired. First, the delivery finally came TWO WEEKS past the last day of the estimated range upon purchase. It took a total of 37 days. Second, the packaging was disappointing, especially given how long I had waited for it. No case, just paper and tape. Meanwhile, no communication from seller about the delay, no apology, no acknowledgement.

  Parcel packed carefully with proper safety so item not damaged...Demanding partial refund for revising the negative review just because of slight delay in delivery. Not a recommended buyer..

  Love my beautiful ring I purchased. It arrived early. It was wrapped with great care to ensure it would suffer no damage in transit. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Goods as described and posted promptly. Thank you. Tracking supplied did not work. According to the number provided the item had not moved for over 10 days, however arrived in regional Victoria just a few days later.
