I had to send another message before finally receiving an answer more than a week later. Their reply was to say I should have only received 1 ruler and they were not sure what happened with the post and would be removing it until it could be updated. No apologies or mea culpa or offer to make it right. No response was ever received from buyer after that. our Cost per ruler is 1.50, Cost to ship just one ruler is 4.50 - 6.45 plus ebay fees. 5 rulers for 7.00 is unfortunately not possible for our small home business.
