  Great dishwasher rack, it did have a little tiny rust spot on it in one corner but I have ordered some repair coating for that. Seller also great to work with. Only problem I had was with the local FedEx, it took them about 3 weeks to deliver from just 10 miles away & they wouldn't let me pick it up in person, just kept sending me emails everyday that it was on the truck for delivery 'today'. Box was all busted up but the rack was ok.

  In appearance, I did not receive exactly what was shown in listing - not necessarily seller's fault but just not what I expected or preferred. I appreciate seller's eventual response to my communication. Also, item was shipped quickly, and purchase price was very reasonable. Thank you.

  Do not buy from this seller: Shipped BAD merchandise: Won't even assemble the item was so damaged. Boxes (one inside the other) are in fine condition. Appears item was not inspected by seller. Do not buy from this seller.

  Buyer claimed the item was damaged but failed to support this claim with photos. Regardless, I immediately replied and let them know that I would make it right and offered to ship them out a replacement part or refund their purchase. Two days later the buyer responded that they took this $15 item to a machine shop and paid $50 to have it fixed.
