    Top notch seller! I sent message that I felt a part from kit I received was missing , John called me too discuss. He immediately knew I had ordered wrong kit by my description. I ordered for CL4. I needed CL4+ kit. He sent out correct kit and arranged for return of wrong kit I had ordered. He saved me from having to scrap my Shimano reel. Thanks again John.

    I was disappointed that I received the wrong part, only to find out that the part is no longer available. NOT the seller s fault! After I submitted my negative feedback, the seller Immediately called me and offered options to try to get the correct part of something that would work. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Sorry for the negative feedback!
