  The postal service definitely didn’t handle with care, the box looked like it had been used for a baseball bat; so, I was worried when my new baby arrived. It was also opened for inspection by the Department of Agriculture—as noted with the re-taping. I had my doubts. Thankfully, this seller did a great job of packaging the tree and it arrived looking healthy, in one piece, with only a couple of dropped leaves—which is normal. Great communication! Smooth transaction! I’d buy again! Thanks!

  The seller responded quickly to my questions. However, the plant arrived dying, the weather is very hot in Florida the box was left on the porch by the USPS. The plant was in soil, and in a plastic bag. I think the plant got too hot. The bag was very hot when opened. I was refunded quickly. Will buy from the seller again.

  This is my second purchase from this seller. I purchased another mango tree (Keitt) from them on a different site that is thriving. I am so happy with this mango tree! It was shipped quickly and was packaged well. It came with care instructions. For those who are new to having trees shipped or new to plants in general, know that plants can experience transplant shock and lose it's leaves after arrival. IT'S NOT DEAD. Give it time and care and the leaves will grow back.

  Very fast delivery, sent in express priority and nice packaging. The tree is healthy. The only thing is, it's not grafted as the description says. It's fine for this price and the half priced version. I've expected this before buying, so still 5 stars and happy with the purchase. Grafted would be a nice surprise. It seems like the description was copied and pasted from the grafted version that this store also sells.

  Mango seedlings arrived as promised, in excellent condition. Package had been opened by USPS and there were no problems. Replanted seedlings and so far they are very healthy looking. Will certainly buy from seller again, as well as highly recommend him. Didn't need to communicate with seller.
