    It came chipped, and when I wrote them about it they said "No switch here got shipped damaged, it just is not in our best interest to send items like this." I believe they believe that, but there was no piece of broken-off plastic in the ziplock bag so I don't know what else could have happened. They did not offer to replace it.

    Ordered lifter screw and USPS lost the package. Reached out seller and they had sent me their last one. Once they got their new order of screws in they sent me two for the price of one! Awesome response time from the customer service. Great seller to work with! Will definitely buy from them again!
