  Shipping was very quick, and the packaging was good and came in good condition, the shoes were exactly as pictured- the dog hair was not included that was from me haha. The price was well worth it 11$ cheaper and free shipping vs vans 55$ and shipping fee. Very satisfied with the product and seller.

  Great seller! Ships fast, packaged well, boots are just as described: new & in excellent condition. These are for a family member who is a stroke victim/dementia patient & she's got a doctor appointment coming up. It's very cold here in Alaska right now and I needed something warm for her feet and these are perfect! The best price I found anywhere! Thank you MegaSales1466! I highly recommend this seller!

  Garbage seller and customer service. Item came just scrunched up in a box, no care for the item whatsoever. Reached out to the seller with a concern half a dozen times with no response. Description also indicates they are happy to accept a return with tags attached/shipping paid for by the buyer but that is not true.

  The buyer requested a return, but the tag had been removed and reattached, voiding the return per our policy. Their initial message stated they loved the item but found it slightly too big. Our listing clearly stated that returns cannot be accepted if the original tags are removed. The item was carefully packaged in a box, though due to its size, it couldn't be folded perfectly. Sold at 90% off retail, it was a great deal. With 99.7% customer satisfaction, most of our customers are happy.
