    Answered my questions promptly and provided a part that I could not find anywhere else. Seller didn’t have part in stock but provided me with a time he would have the item in stock.     First item came in flattened, with wheel marks on the package, so completely destroyed. After contacting the seller he sent me another part free of charge within 2-3 days. Excellent customer service, delivery and communication. Excellent value and quality for the price (it's brand new, original), fits and works as it supposed to. I would recommend. Good job!

    I'm often dubious of buying parts from overseas particularly those with a sizeable shipping charge. In this case, the part I ordered was a complete punt as to whether it would resolve my problem. The part itself looks 100% OEM genuine & installing it has fixed my Bose headphones for a fraction of the cost of replacing them. Item arrived prompt & well packaged.
