    This item was presented on eBay clearly letting the buyer know that it was the DVD and sleeve only, not in a case. The DVD was very protected in the envelope it was mailed in, as well as the sleeve. Received the package before scheduled delivery date. Everything was in great shape. Really good price compared to the other sellers. No scuffs or scratched on the DVD. Very happy with this seller. Thank you!

    Item arrived just as described. It did take a long time to get here but I did not pay for shipping and was warned it would take extra time both before ordering and again immediately after purchasing - so great communication. Thanks!

    I was skeptical about having no tracking, but it arrived. However the DVD wouldn't function properly. After a second message about opening a case two days of no reply, they apologized saying they were on vacation and issued the refund. So not a terrible experience .
