  When I received the product, it was missing some associated pieces included in the description. I complained to the seller, and he immediately apologized and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Zero complaints, great seller, very fair and responsive.

  As described condition. There was unexplained delay on shipping details on front end once order placed, but item arrived well before original delivery date. Well-packaged for ship. Appreciate seller took effort to take pictures of book & accurately described actual condition/defects, instead of using "stock photos" / stock language descriptions. I willingly paid a little more for that, and seller was open to negotiate a good price. I'd do business here again. Thank you!

  Very well packaged with no damage. Great price for an older movie that's hard to find. The only problem was I kept getting different messages about the arrival time. First it was going to be earlier than promised, then later, then back to earlier and back to later. Just when I began to wonder if I was actually going to get it at all, it came two days earlier than expected in the first place. Thank you for the nice surprise! I love this movie!
