    There was so much love and care in the packaging you know this is an experienced seller who treats their buyers with respect. 💗 The pieces were shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition, and they were much more beautiful in person! There was just some issue with the teapot (it was almost undetectable, I don't blame the seller at all) but the seller went over & beyond to offer a quick resolution (she was so nice!!). Best seller I've encountered across all online selling platforms!! 🥰
