  Seller agreed to shipping if $20 not $39 prior to my making a bid as these items were small and light. Then she did not honor that when I won the auction. The way she has her account set up EBay automatically charges your card as soon as auction ends. Refused a refund for excess shipping saying “seller needs to implement it.”Customer service said not true. She shipped it very slowly on top of horrible service. Just as heads up.

  extremely pleased with my purchase. my question was answered quickly. my purchase was packaged very securely and my item arrived quickly. I also really appreciated the refund in shipping overages. A++ will definitely order from this seller again and again!

  Unfortunately the seller cancelled my order. I attempted to contact them multiple times about it, but seller refused to communicate at all. Poor service, poor everything. And it could have all been avoided if the seller would just have reached out.
