    Brand new and outstanding quality for the price!! Shipped in original packaging with protective plastic wrap and clear packaging tape to keep everything safe from moisture and damage from being moved around in the winter weather. Item received just as advertised and seller actually accepted a reasonable bid and not just $5 off like others. Would definitely recommend and do business with again!!

    This phone was listed as Brand New in unopened box, but it turned out to be in an opened box. It looked like a store return. I haven't used it much, but it seems to be okay. I am satisfied at the price. Hopefully, the seller did not realize that the seal on the box had been broken. They should check carefully before they list something as Brand New in unopened box.
