  Awesome seller and fantastic bipod. Great communication and extremely fast shipping. Had it in 2 days and I ordered on a Sunday. Item arrived exactly as described which was new in box. The quality of the bipod is top notch. Absolutely no play in adjustments which are easy to make. The over the bore design uses gravity to keep the firearm level. I took it out today and used it out to 300yds. Very stable platform and my new favorite. I will definitely be buying another. Totally worth the cost.

  The item that I received was somehow mislabeled with an incorrect barcode and therefore the wrong item was delivered The seller was extremely kind and understanding. I received a timely reply, apologies for the error. My refund was provided instantly without and issue what so ever. This is the kind of seller I want to do business with because I know they'll always do the right thing for their customers. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  Item arrived both late and damaged. It was not well packed which had added to the damage in my opinion. The seller was very responsive and issued at 50%plus refund on the damaged journal. I was able to get it to look somewhat as it had been described after I had painted the leather scratch damage. It arrived significantly undervalue which is why the seller issued the partial refund.

  The item came exactly as described and looks really good; very happy with it. Shipping was prompt. Packaging was poor - it's a breakable ornament and it came in a cardboard box with a little bit of paper wadded in it. The box was crushed and the ornament was not inside anything, I'm a little surprised it wasn't broken.
