  The first package was delivered damaged ( not the seller’s fault but to whoever is delivering the package ) so I quickly notified the seller and he had the replacement shipped out to me! Great communication, great service and great product too. The condition of the product was very durable and the value of the product is a bit expensive but what can I say, nothing is cheap nowadays. I’ve would highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested purchasing it!!!

  Received item and unfortunately the corners on one were damaged .Contact company who offered a refund or replacement . We chose to have a replacement .We thought they would replace the damaged one but NO they sent a full replacement. Communication was 1st class .The replacement product arrived in a timely manner very customer focused company. Product excellent quality highly recommend this delightful company good price great appearance. 1st class company 🙃🙂👌👍 Thank you great service

  Comme d'habitude hormis des problèmes avec la livraison liées au transporteur, JJ automotive est une entreprise sérieuse qui répond toujours aux messages et qui fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients. Aussi, le tapis n'était pas vraiment adapté à ma classe A modèle 2025 mais avec un peu de modifications, celui-ci fait très bien le travail pour le prix, qui, ne pas l'oublier, est 3 fois moins cher que chez Mercedes. Bonne continuation à eux. P.L

  Malgré un 1er colis arrivé plié en 2 avec les déflecteurs cassés en plusieurs morceaux et après contact avec le vendeur, j'ai reçu un 2ème colis qui lui est arrivé en 1 seul morceau. Merci au vendeur et de sa réactivité. Je recommande. Nicolas.

  I tappetini sono esattamente come descritti dal venditore.Prodotto di ottima qualità ed esteticamente bello. Venditore serio,preparato ed affidabile in tutto persino nella consegna,sempre tracciabile,che è avvenuta addirittura prima (due giorni) del periodo previsto.Voto conclusivo: 10

  The item and communication from the seller was excellent. The problem lies with EVRI who eventually delivered the item after numerous messages advising of delays. Then one to say it had been delivered (It had not been) followed by more changes of time and finally one to say that they would not be coming at all. I then returned home to find the damaged box on my drive with a torn open box, held together with sellotape. Fortunately the contents were okay. Not impressed!
