  Ordered a guitar neck. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well for safe shipping. Great product especially for the price. They contacted me several times to make sure everything went well with my order and the process. Awesome customer care, I will DEF order from them again!!

  Ordered the Quilted Maple Veneers. Ordered this for a specific job. Waited and waited for it to arrive since shipped from China. When it arrived (finally) it was Not as pictured or advertised. Shown as and advertised as Quilted - they shipped flamed. I contacted them prior to leaving any reviews to give them a chance to make it right. Their first response was Pay an extra $30.00 and they will send the right veneers. I told them this was not acceptable. As of now they have done nothing
