  Item is fine, but it took 5 days longer to arrive than originally advertised. When I contacted the seller, they incorrectly said I had only ordered it ‘yesterday’ (I had ordered it 3 working days before) and told me to be patient. Once I corrected them, they said they would look into it, but never did. I followed up on this, and the seller never responded and clearly had not looked into it. Terrible service and would not buy from here again.

  Not the item shown in the picture unfortunately a different generation of tablet probably more my fault for not understanding the different generations however seller was more than happy to refund and this was all handled very efficiently, very easy to do business with
