    Arrived in good condition via Royal Mail and looks good quality bearing in mind package states 3 year guarantee. If the guarantee can be believed then these must be good value. The only downside to this transaction was the fact that they arrived later than the original due by date. This was Royal Mails fault rather than the seller but no details were available on the tracking. They arrived on the Friday but then I got a message that they were due to arrive on the Wednesday prior. Tracking ???

    The pliers are great. Much better quality than expected for the price. Great item. The seller posted quickly and the item was packed well. Royal Mail didnt fulfil their part of the the delivery process but the seller cannot be blamed for that. A great item, with fab communication from the seller. I'd buy from here again. Brilliant 🌻

    Ordered the Blu Ray version but received DVD version - immediate refund offered, however I decided to keep . Great value. well packaged in original box and a plastic wrap. Great communication. Great selller. Hope to purchase again. Thank you
