We are a Traditional, Cardboard Jigsaw Puzzle maker. One of only a few left in the UK. All products are made here in the factory in Dorset many are made by hand, to order, using bespoke blue puzzle board.We do not always shrinkwrap to try and reduce our plastic usage but products are brand new. We use bio-degradable bags for postage.

    Item delivered on time. Well packaged. There is a lovely image on this puzzle, but it was badly cut and is missing part of the picture. It was a Father's Day present, so I couldn't return it. Seller was quick to respond to my message and sent a replacement puzzle. My dad is enjoying building his original puzzle nonetheless, so I am happy. Excellent communication from seller and good customer service, so I have no problem giving positive feedback. Thanks a lot.

    I Bought this as remember doing this jigsaw as a child at my grandads. Lovely reminder of my childhood item was delivered well packaged in perfect condition highly recommend seller. Would purchase from again reasonable postage charge based on size of box. 10/10

    Great and it arrived today 19.12.24 in time for Christmas. I was impressed with the way it had been packaged to avoid damage in the post, thank you for that. The only comment I would make is that when I unwrapped the packaging there was a very odd smell and on the plastic cover to the box there was a flat black object which did smell very horrible. Just wanted to know if you were aware of it? Just a thought, but did someone put an "owl pellet" on the jigsaw box?
