  tracking said delivered even though i never got any deliveries on day so i waited a couple days & still nothing. contacted the post office & they said they had nothing neither, so obviously the post office lost the package & neither of us were at fault. i then contacted the seller to give them the full rundown & told them they could keep the money as they aren't to blame, however they still gave a full refund & apologized. very courteous !!
