  Received item. As described. Prompt delivery. But too small. Returned to exchange for bigger size. Ignored further messages. Eventually stating not received returned item. Sent screenshots of Royal Mail tracking number and confirmation of delivery. Had to contact eBay agent. They could follow the messages/proofs sent. EBay refunded the cost. Not heard from the seller. EBay agents were excellent. Very disappointed with this seller though.

  Wonderful hat love it..I will wear it for my linedance social..( a good ladies / unisex hat...)I plunged for medium.. well packaged and received within a few days ..very quick postage and excellent communication...looking forward to getting comments from my fellow dancers..Thankyou for your service will use again
