    Beautiful bracelet in excellent condition. All the bear charms are wonderful and the bracelet is beautiful as well. Packed well. It was sent in a box and tied with a ribbon. Even better than the photo. Excellent value. Fast shipping. Great seller. Highly recommended.

    I love my bracelet. Description was perfect. It was shipped within days of purchase. I even got a gift from the seller. It was an adorable horse that I will use for a Christmas ornament. Both were packaged perfectly. I will definitely do more business with this seller.

    Never shipped after 3 weeks even though tracking # was uploaded. They would not respond to my emails asking when item would ship since it was a birthday gift. I understand if she couldn’t find it or something else happened but some sort of an explanation would have been nice.
