  There was an incorrect order sent,but the seller promptly contacted me and has said that the correct order will be sent.

  I got a message from the buyer and I responded right away I apologized and told the buyer that I would send the correct one today with a return label and a 10% refund. Buyer is a brand new eBayer (day of purchasing shoes) and this is not the correct way to fix a problem; therefore, I am asking that that the feedback be revised or removed. I will happily make the transaction good OR send a refund once the shoes have been sent back. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
