  This oil change kit for Honda Rebel CMX300 was a good price and shipped quickly. My local dealer didn't even have the oil filter (backordered 90 days) and this overall price was better than the dealer. I had a question for Jet Skis International, and their customer service people responded to my email very quickly and thoroughly. Great customer service!!!

  Showed up on time, thought I got shorted one qt of oil. But it was my mistake as I hadn't opened all the packaging. So I called and they answered promptly, took my order number stated he would be right back. Just a few seconds later stated he'd watched video and there was two plastic bags one had three qts the other had two. It was my mistake I apologized. Stated I'd give them a ten star. When and if I ever need parts again they'll be first one I use. Was worrying on my Yamaha trike.

  Received the hood but not the emblem. They claim their picture proves it shipped but I didn’t receive it. They tried putting the burden of proof on me to provide pics which I did but that’s not good enough and now they say they can file a claim with usps on my behalf. I didn’t ship anything…they did so it’s their claim. I just wanted the emblem but I guess I’ll have to order elsewhere. I won’t do business with them again. Horrible customer service and poor packaging of their product.

  Hello, we're terribly sorry for your poor experience. You let us know an item was missing from your package. We supplied you with pictures of the item in the box at the time of packaging. We then asked for photos of the package you received as you claimed the package was damaged upon delivery. A claim is ongoing with the carrier as we try to resolve this issue. Thank you!

  Items came exactly as described and was packaged very well. All oil was sealed in a bag in case of leakage but nothing leaked at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. Buying everything separate for my arctic cat 700 would have cost more than $55. Bang for buck is definitely there. Shipping time were very quick as well!
