I sell apparel of all genders, and sizes. I sell infant, and children's clothing. I love shoes, and handbags, so of course they must be in my store.     Item pictured with straps. Received item without any. Messaged seller, 3 days passed before I got a response. I was told, essentially, whoopsie. Requested to exchange for the exact same item she still had as an active listing or the straps to be sent. The other listing was then immediately removed by this seller and I was given a refund the next day. Very disappointing, and seller not responding and acting shady was even worse. Would have really liked to have had this item in its entirety.

    Rec'd. Good sturdy packaging. Am very pleased to be the winning person. I am a new Balance shoe individual and my pair which is very much like the pair received is in great condition for a used item. The costs and shipping was very fair for this type of shoe. While the appearance of this item is a used product, it still hold value as my other pair of NB's are wearing out and this product will take its place. Many thanks for a great deal and shoe.
