  Attachments are new and are SHARK brand, exactly as described. They arrived intact, packaged well. Shipping took a few more days than expected, but this is the new norm due to UPS/USPS contract termination. Attachments were a lot cheaper than on SHARK's website!

  Sent damaged product they listed as Open package only missing screw post,.. They took pic that Hid the damage,. Thought I would still be able to use bridge and screws and saddle,. Then they Lied said they would never send anything that looked like it was ran over,.. BS. cause Packing was perfect so how did it come this way all Pics were taken as Opened 5 min after USPS dropped it in mail box,.. Never buy OPEN ANYTHING from these people,.. Bad Ebayers give good honest Ebayers a bad Name,.. Shame,

  Seller was great. Quick shipping and fast response to my Return Request. The item was defective from the manufacturer, at no fault of the Seller. The problem with the item was something the seller could not have known about in advance. This is a seller I would buy from again.
