    This item arrived quickly and well-packaged. Unfortunately, the item inside was completely destroyed—Not slightly damaged, but shattered into a pile of pieces with two arms, two feet, and a bit rubber head. Clearly, this was not the seller’s fault. The item looked as if something heavy was dropped on it en route. I sent the seller a picture and they immediately issued a refund without hesitation. VERY positive experience. I would definitely buy from this person again.

    The item was packaged securely and shipped quickly to me after purchase. The seller was fantastic at communicating and working with me. The item is exactly as described by the seller.
