  Everything was received as advertised. Responsive to messaging and very happy with the transaction. There was a parts mix-up, and the Seller replaced what was missing at their own cost, making the transaction complete. Very appreciative of the effort.

  I paid $3300 for a bike on 7/2. I rec'd the bike on 7/15 missing its unique Trek saddle/seatpost (~$450). Oddly, a random dirty white saddle was in the box. Bike also has issues not described or visible in pics. On 7/18 seller says missing items are “on the way” “I didn’t save tracking” “should be there Monday (7/21)”. On 7/22, seller provided a tracking number that doesn’t track. It is now 7/25 and I have received nothing and UPS says I have no inbound shipments. I have opened a case with eBay

  Fair priced mountain bike. Packaging was sparse but no obvious damage on arrival. Bike saddle was missing but seller shipped separately after discovering it was not included in first package. No manuals included. Dropper post does need work.
