Did have an initial issue with regards delivery, where the package arrived damaged and the main parts missing, but after showing proof of Royal Mail cellotape showing that the package was damaged/opened' I was promptly offered a replacement. Haven't used item yet, but looks great quality and amazing value for money. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend

When I opened the package, (2-Stroke gas powered Backpack Leaf Blower) a piece was missing. Therefore I contacted the Dealer by text. He responded promptly offering to ship the part. (which I'm waiting on). The machine surprised me, started up really good and ran great. Also, the add stated used...the Machine is New. I'm super impressed with both the reply from the seller and the Blower. Five Stars, for sure

When I received this blower, it had an issue with the fuel line. I had it repaired at a local shop and the seller paid the repair bill to make things right. Great communication from the seller also. I will do business with this seller again. I almost forgot to mention how fast the shipping was!
