    I rarely encounter difficulties when purchasing on eBay, but when I do, this seller sets a great example of how they should be resolved. There was good communication, updates, and resolution. The flute works well, was packed nicely and shipped in a timely manner, the appearance was as described/pictured, works well, and was a great price. I’m very happy with it; it was worth the wait.     Easy transaction and shipping was fast. Item was as described. Packaging for an item this heavy should have been better as packaging came apart in transit but item was not harmed. Had correspondence with seller over another issue and they are standing behind the issue so definitely recommend them and I feel I got a great price.

    Arrived today! Super fast shipping. Super happy. One corner is busted up, but it was shown in the photographs, and honestly I don't care. I'm grateful for the fair price on the condition of the item, I think the price was great. Shipping was good, the packaging was adequate enough to do the job, no issues, the whole case seems unscathed. This fits my Agile 9-string great, with room to spare. Great seller!

    Finally put my kit together after a week or it sitting in my living room. Substantial pieces, well made and do what they need to do. Packed very well. Shipping was a great price (free!). Great value and as described. One always takes a chance purchasing "used" stuff but it was all there! Nothing missing in the box! Jeff's MG is a great place to purchase music gear from at a very decent prices. A++++ Seller
