    Great seller. Good communication. Friendly and helpful. I bought this sensor which was delivered securely packed the next day. Fantastic service. It turned out that the item was not needed so I returned it, unused, and received a refund. No hassle, no problems. Highly recommended seller.

    Particularly impressed with the level of customer service from this company. I used the Ebay vehicle check system for a part that told me that the part was compatible.It wasnt but had I sent my chassis number as advised then I would have been told that the item would not fit. Requested refund and communication was brilliant and a refund initiated as soon as the item was scanned at the PO for return. Would definitely use again if required. Thank You

    Received item although, It wasn't the Mopar I was expecting Ford motor craft LSD supplied, contacted JCP quick response back explaining due to awaiting stock delivery. They gave options to resolve so all good, Kept item as needed to finish service, will still buy from JCP as and when required

    Quisiera decir que aunque en un principio no me llego el articulo completo y me faltaban piezas, la empresa lo resolvió rápidamente entregandome lo que faltaba en muy poco tiempo y se hicieron cargo de los gastos de envío etc...muy buena respuesta postventa.
