  Seller was helpful, kind, and prompt. Item description was 100% accurate. Despite careful packaging, the item arrived broken but the box had one corner crushed in, so it had been sharply dropped enroute. The seller responded promptly and made it right. Buy from this seller with confidence!

  The shipping and packaging were fine, but in the listing it was supposed to be in new condition and undamaged. When I opened the shipping box, the doll box had dirt and fly poop all over it. I tried cleaning it as best as I could, but unfortunately there are many stains all over the packaging. I suspect it was kept in a garage or something. The doll is in great condition, it’s just that the box is definitely more damaged than I expected it to be, since it was not mentioned at all in the listing.
