    The shipping and packaging were fine, but in the listing it was supposed to be in new condition and undamaged. When I opened the shipping box, the doll box had dirt and fly poop all over it. I tried cleaning it as best as I could, but unfortunately there are many stains all over the packaging. I suspect it was kept in a garage or something. The doll is in great condition, it’s just that the box is definitely more damaged than I expected it to be, since it was not mentioned at all in the listing.

    Purchased an item after I received an offer, then never received the item. I waited over a week for any updates to the purchased item. Never got shipped out, when I reached out, they gave me a refund with no explanation about the item. Really wished I had the item instead of the refund.

    The offer was submitted to multiple people, unfortunately you were not the winner. A refund was issued because the item was purchased by another buyer.
