  Got the package quickly. There were no instructions or app in the box. I contacted the seller and told them. They said they checked the details and there must be instructions in the box. I replied back if instructions and the app were in the box I wouldn't have contacted them. No response or offer of solution. Silence from them. They ship fast. Item not as listed an then the ignore the customer who is trying to get what they paid for. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this seller.

  SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Buyer, beware!! I assumed I’d be getting the item (Snorlax Plush) that I purchased. The first time that I received 2 bottles of expired muscle cream, I reached out to the seller and they assured me that the “snorlax plush” would be arriving soon. When I opened the next package, it was again NOT the correct item. A totally different mystery plush. It seems that someone else had a similar problem after reading the negative reviews on this seller! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Buyer, beware!!

  I was contacted by customer service and offered replacement when they are in stocks or refund. I received the refund promptly without delay. Customer service is above excellent.

  The listing said this was the original Boxbollen. It is a fake version that came without any instructions. I contacted the seller, and he said he would send me a label to return the item. I have sent 3 requests for the return label with no response. Very disappointed!

  El producto nunca llegó le pedí que me enviara otro en varios intentos lo cual nunca lo realizó me pedía que la cancele para devolver el dinero y la volviera a ordenar. La nunca recibida era $12.25 y al intentar ordenar luego del reembolso sale en $102.00.
