I received my exhaust wrapped up with the tailpipes exposed causing it to arrive bent during FedEx shipping and handling. Seller did assist me after I reported its condition so I am pleased with the customer service.

I ordered and received 4 harmonic ballamcers, when I ordered and paid for 1... I emediatly contacted the seller and sure enough they shipped 3 too many.... So I rapped up the "extras" and now there on their way back to the company... One of the harmonic ballancers cost me $65 bucks! So I figured I saved them at least $195 bucks.... Foolish? Think of if the rolls were reversed... I would want the persons to send me back my property... Right?

Got these th next day. Good customer service. BE AWARE THAT THE BRAKE CALIPER BRAKETS DID NOT FIT RIGHT and i had to reuse my old ones. Something was off. That sucked, no fault of the seller...i assume due to being chicom junk.

Contacted seller and they let me return these 2 sensors and refunded amount paid within days even though it was my mistake not theirs. Exceptional customer service!!!!!
