  Seller was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions before I purchased item. Shipping was very fast. Have not opened item yet as it is a Christmas gift, but it arrived securely packaged.

  Overall, I’m happy with the product and the shipping was fast and reasonable. There is, however, an overwhelming cigarette odor coming from the product and the packaging. So much so that I’m keeping it in the garage for now. I’m not sure how to get that odor out, or if that’s even possible. I currently have the item in a plastic container with a ton of dryer sheets. Hopefully that does the trick. If not, I may just have to toss it.
