It was just put into a box that was too big for the Router and it had nothing else in the box to stop the Router from bagging about. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have tested the Router and all is as described. I am happy to recommend this seller 5***** Just sort out your packing please!!!

Seller gave one-word replies, then admitted fault and told me to return it for a replacement. I paid to repackage and send it back—then was told I'd only get a refund, no replacement. Total waste of time, money, and delayed my project. Feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. If they advertise new items but send used ones, it's misleading and dishonest. Very disappointed with both the product and service.
