  This product was refunded because it was too small and sadly arrived after it was required (World Book Day); this was always tight and not a fault with the provider. They were great in processing the refund. Regardless of how the transaction ended it was a good value product. I value the service and communication when required. I would use again and would recommend

  Not only was the item late and missed the deadline of my son’s birthday, it ruined his cake as the alarm clock was meant to be the centrepiece, the seller also wasn’t listening to me when I told them it was late and I no longer needed it. I requested a refund and they chose to ignore it. I messaged them to resolve it and they chose to ignore me. EBay had to step in to refund me. Avoid this seller.
