  As always, this dealer does better than anyone else at insuring the stamps are top quality, are in fantastic condition, packaged in a neat appearing envelope that has the stamps protected inside and sends them post-haste!   I have done business with Jerry for a long time. I have never had any problems with any order were his problem.
