  Australian custom here!! Very impressed with the service I’ve had from jbs4x4 I was in desperate need of some parts that I couldn’t quickly obtain locally. I messaged jbs4x4 on Friday night and promptly received friendly and helpful responses to my questions. My main concern was postage time. I was told that parts usually take around 5 days. I was very happy today (Thursday) to have the parts deliver to my door, as described and actually better condition than I thought they’d be. Very happy.

  The items arrived very well packaged, took me 10 minutes to get into it! They are as described and priced around average for the items. Although they were posted on Thursday they did not arrive until Tuesday afternoon even though they were in the local delivery depot by 1am Saturday. Royal Mail needs to do better than this, the seller paid for 48 hours delivery and it took 5 days. Overall, I’m happy with the items but not so with the delivery. Obviously delivery is out of the seller’s hands.

  Brilliant little company packaging was very well done it was good value and just as described, postage was free,the only niggle is nothing to do with the surplyer but parcel force who for some reason couldn't find the address even though they deliver her every week as i said no fault of the surplyer

  Only 4 day shipping UK -CANADA wow , packaged was perfect , item fits the description , the Price was the lowest i find for this item on eBay . They contact me to make sure everything was ok . I recommanded this owned family business to everyone .

  Exactly as described, decent value for what was included, price included postage and sent quickly, packaging ok with care taken in packing up an awkward shaped and fairly fragile (easily bent) thing - arrived in good shape. Good people to deal with and will return. Fully recommend.
