    Although the item I ordered arrived with a missing part, the seller handled the issue quickly and professionally.     Product was expected, minor dings in sub woofer (expected as advertised). Delivered as expected. Packaging was a bit weird but no problems at all. Shipping was within in the week. The speakers are just what I wanted I have always been a Bose fan and this worked well. Clean natural sound. I had a set of these when new and this is for second computer setup but Bose no longer sells so the value to me was fantastic.

    Item arrived well packaged and as pictured, but with some internal damage; unclear whether this was caused by shipping or preexisting. I was able to easily repair it, so overall positive!
