Just an idear, however I would buy from again no problem. Cheers

(I would have preferred to be given the option of a re-send rather than having to re-order the item.) Then it unexpectely got delivered a day later. The remote works fine, although 1 button has a slight tendency to catch under the edge of its hole, but this isn't a deal breaker. Now I can watch and record stuff again. Reasonably priced item & seller was quick, helpful & polite when the issue was raised.

I emailed the seller and the reply was prompt and very professional. 2 more bulbs were sent and received in good condition. I do think the seller needs to use jiffy bags instead of a little box to keep them intact.
