    The item arrived broken. The seller offered me a free return label or a partial refund. I kept the item and accepted the refund and tried to mend the break as best I can. The packing was not adequate for shipment. It’s a beautiful item. And I appreciate the sellers willingness to work with me.

    Bought a used punch bowl. Item as described. Well packed for shipping. Seller shipped or initiated shipping same day as purchase. Did ask questions through ebay messages prior to purchase and received quick, respectful and true feedback. Would buy from seller again.

    I finally received my purchase! The box was torn and tattered, but my figurine was intact. Seller wrapped it adequately and it kept it from breakage. It is actually prettier in person. I recommend this seller ☆☆☆☆☆ and give him 5 stars (EVEN THOUGH IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET HERE!) He did a good job!
