  My daughter is THRILLED with this item. I had contacted the seller because shipping was taking a long time, and it looked like the package had gotten lost maybe. I opened an Ebay ticket to cancel the order. The seller responded quickly and very courteously to ask me to hang in there, that the item was indeed coming. I appreciated the quick and efficient communication. I waited, and the item arrived! Much appreciation to this seller!

  The seller was amazing, and the package arriver super fast, and very well protected to avoid damages during transportation!   The experience I had with this seller was not great at all. The Item I ordered was listed at a price that was well below what other sellers were asking for so I purchased it. Immediately after I bought it, the seller raised the asking price on the remaining inventory for the item. So I was thinking, great.. I got a deal. But no, instead of contacting me to tell me that they didn't want to sell the item at the price I paid, they just decided to not ship it at all and I had to request a refund.
