    Item received was not the correct item, however the seller went above and beyond to remedy the issue, presenting multiple options that were very generous and skewed more towards my advantage than to his. Sometimes things go wrong, and knowing that this seller takes steps to fix issues rather than having to mediate through eBay make this seller a true asset to the eBay community. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, knowing that I have their support through the entire process.

    Item was as shown on the pictures and looks (and smells) like the questions i asked. The box it was sent in was too small for the item and bulked up on the top, therefore the package was ripped a bit. They should have used a bigger box.

    Protectively packaged--much appreciated! Bag was as pictured in photos, though there were areas inside the bag not pictured that were dirtier (stained) than single interior photo in the listing; an image of these stains would have helped form a more accurate understanding of the item. Good communication from seller during the transaction and about shipping. Would buy again, but ask more questions.

    Extremely fast shipping, I was shocked! Packaging worked and jacket came undamaged. Pricing is unbeatable compared to even some US sellers and is the real deal ( shipping was free too!). Pictures as described, and even better in person! Extremely warm jacket, perfect for New England weather and colder. Took pictures as it was snowing and didn't feel the cold at all. This jacket I'm looking forward to having for a very long time. This seller earned my highest recommendation! Thank you!

    I am thrilled with my Coogi sweater! It’s as beautiful as described and photographed in the eBay listing. I didn’t pay much attention to the shipping timeline before purchasing—it shipped 9 days after I ordered but arrived just 2 days later, which was impressively fast coming from Japan to Nevada. Great communication from the seller throughout the process. I’m very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this seller. Thank you! =)
